Ruben Estrada

Ruben A. Estrada is CEO and chief small business architect of Estrada Strategies, Franchise Inc, and founder of the CEO ClubTM, Chairman’s ClubTM, Executive On-Line ClubTM and the CEO Exchange.
In 2000, Ruben formed Estrada Strategies, LLC with the Vision of helping all businesses succeed. With a team of CEO coaches, under Ruben’s leadership, Estrada Strategies provides services that include executive training and sales systems, executive leadership development, systems management, organization development, strategic
planning, financial management, and much more. The unique “Behavior Modification” model that integrates coaching, training, and monitoring ensures that Estrada Strategies clients realize significant improvements in revenues and profits.
Today, Estrada Strategies is working to expand its vision to other states. Beginning in 2008, the company began developing a franchising system to reach outside of California and now has franchise offices in TN, CO, FL and CA.
Ruben’s expertise for rebuilding existing companies and for establishing new operations have made him a leader among entrepreneurs and CEOs of small businesses. His ability to develop and implement new market penetration and acquisition plans gives clients of Estrada Strategies the edge in growing their businesses. Using the Core Disciplines of BusinessTM, the team of Estrada CEO coaches has helped many entrepreneurs realize their full potential.
Prior to launching Estrada Strategies, Ruben worked 16 years with a now publicly held company. In the last ten years of his corporate career, Ruben opened new operations for the corporation in a series of West coast cities exceeding $21 million in annual revenues while winning numerous awards and recognition for service excellence and unprecedented growth.
In 2004, Ruben created the Estrada Strategies Foundation to serve those small businesses who were not in a financial position to invest in an Estrada Strategies program. The Foundation is now recognized as the Inland Southern California’s Small Business Resource Liaison serving start-ups, and youth in high school/college aspiring to be entrepreneurs in addition to the struggling small business owner.
In 2010, Ruben launched his newest venture EstradaCRM.com, a web based contact relationship management application designed to meet the needs of the small to mid-sized business community.
An inter-nationally recognized key note speaker, author of several nationally published articles and an Inland Empire community leader. Ruben Estrada serves on several corporate and community boards and has been the recipient of numerous business and community awards. A deeply spiritual and family man, he lives in San Bernardino, California with his wife Lori, daughter Brittany, and son Ruben Jr.

As President of the La Jolla Institute, a California based, non-profit think-tank, Steve is vigorously involved in “Pioneering the New Community”. Since founding the La Jolla Institute in 1996, he has focused his activities on advancing a better understanding of the critical elements necessary for both communities and corporations to achieve long -term economic competitiveness. The La Jolla Institute is currently working on major research projects ranging from studying critical community indicators in San Bernardino County to bringing together four counties: Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Riverside, and Orange County with the four Corners Coalition. A nationally recognized authority on community development and the workplace of the future, Steve over the last twenty years has initiated numerous corporate and community trailblazing projects.
Steve’s role as a consultant is to bring strategic consulting to both corporations and communities in light of the changes underway in the economy and the workplace. Current clients include the County of San Bernardino; The Four Corners Coalition; and the Ventura Auto Center.

Smart Communities, 1999 – Sponsored by the International Development Research Council (IDRC). This project involves the creation of a national forum for corporations, economic developers and community leaders to explore and create collaborative strategies to grow and operate in an economic environment that is global, knowledge based, and increasingly reliant on digital communications and computer technologies.
Smart Communities, 1995 – In partnership with San Diego State University’s International Center for Communications, this Caltrans sponsored project created a guidebook for local governments to intelligently review their competitive positioning given the changing nature of the economy and technology.
WorkSmart, 1993 – In partnership with the Claremont Graduate School and Cornell University’s International Workplace Study Program, this Caltrans, GTE, KPMG Peat Marwick, Pac Bell and Chiat Day sponsored effort examined the current state of the workplace and an analysis of the opportunities and obstacles for organizational change and the public policy implications caused by the new economy.
Telebusiness Workcenters, 1991 – Included the creation of the most comprehensive satellite telecommuting program in the U.S. The program included four telecommuting facilities serving the Southern California region that provided a workplace alternative for 300,000 residents who commute daily from San Bernardino and Riverside Counties to Los Angeles and Orange Counties.
